I think I had a different idea of the French Quarter and we were not prepared for how disgusting the area really is. We
Pros: Restaurant staff next door polite. Cons: Smelt. Pillows were foul - sprayed deodorant on them. Did not replace towels that were taken with daily clean and took asking 3 times of different staff and 2 hours before we received towels back.
An amazing stay in the French Quarter
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, being right off Bourbon Street. Cons: The bed was not super comfortable, but its only a minor complaint
Pros: An und für sich ein schönes Hotel. Gute Lage. Schöne Zimmer. Netter Congierge. Cons: -Sehr unfreundliche Dame an der Reception. Beim Einchecken war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Es hiess, ich bekomme Bescheid. Als ich um 17.15h nachfragte, wurde mir ganz schnippisch und ohne ein Wort zu sagen, die Zimmerkarte in die Hand gedrückt. Keine Entschuldigung-nichts. Sehr unverschämt. -dunkles Zimmer -es wurde irgendeine Tax berechnet für Voucher, die man täglich im überteuerten Restaurant einlösen konnte. So ein Quatsch!
Great location in the French Quarter, it was quiet at night and a very short distance from Bourbon St!
Enjoyable. Location was convenient and valet made parking our car a breeze!
Pros: Lobby staff and valet were great and very helpful in holding our luggage, etc... Room well decorated. Water beverage station in lobby was great. Pool was clean and refreshing. Cons: Housekeeping could use some improvement -Room did not get cleaned daily. No TP upon arrival and had to call to get fresh towels. Dirty cups were also left on balcony from previous guest and were there entire stay. Overall the room was clean and well maintained but just needed to ensure daily housekeeping was done. Once housekeeping did come to clean the room they did a nice job!
