All round - good stay and excellent staff.

Pros: Excellent location and all the staff encountered were exceptional. The breakfast was superb Cons: The room was starting to look a little “ tired”.

Great Location, fantastic breakfast.

Pros: Location is brilliant, especially if visiting the Arena. Cons: Shower curtains need to go and replace with screens.

The hotel was nicer on the outside than the inside, room was very dated but comfortable apart from b

Pros: Location good, friendly & helpful staff on Reception, good for parking Cons: The room was dated, bathroom was very dated, telephone didn’t work & remote for television didn’t work. Bed was comfy but overall the room needs a good revamp to bring it into the 21st century, such as freshening up & new bathrooms and fittings.

Would stay again - amazing location and brilliant breakfast choices

Pros: Clean - little dated in room - but really comfortable - good size room -bathroom very clean although shower is dated Cons: Nothing to dislike
