This is a very good holiday inn. The desk agent at check in was very pleasant and efficient but she put us on the 4:00:shuttle instead of the three thirty am shuttle as we requested. Luckily we came down early and the night clerk was able to contact the driver to pick us up.

Overall, would definitely stay here again. Cons: We waited over an hour for the hotel s
