Disappointing
Pros: The room wasn’t very clean and the room needed some maintenance. Cons: The breakfast was really expensive and not worth the money. The signage to the pool is really limited and it is in use a lot with bookings like swimming lessons and leisure users so hotel guests only have use of 1/2 an already small pool.
Not too bad but having to move everything by ourselves when we were allocated another room because of the smell was not
Pros: The location we were visiting family and it was were we wanted to be Cons: The fists room we were allocated had a terrible damp smell very dirty bathroom a toilet seat that did not fit the toilet the tiles had a lot of black mould and the taps were filthy, this was a premium room !!! In the add it shows a nice sofa in the premium rooms this is false advertising we had one comfy chair for 2 people . We are elderly so we asked for the ground floor we had 2 sets of steps and a very long corridor to go along no one told us we could park almost outside our room and use another door with no st

Pros: The main hotel was clean and well presented Most staff were polite and friendly Cons: The children’s pool was out of order, The main pool walls looked dirty. The hot breakfast was cold, the breakfast staff were surly, abrupt, and unwelcoming. The “cocktail” menu is a joke. All cocktails are pre bottled mixes, I wanted strawberry daiquiri but it was out of stock. I ordered a mojito, it was awful and did not taste anything like a mojito. Despite this, your prices are the same as I would pay in a real cocktail bar. The dinner menu was not fully stocked and you advertised “specials” tha

Pros: Spacious , very friendly staff and accessible. Also plenty of parking Cons: The room had previous guests empty cans under the bed and cobwebs in the archway.
Pros: The room size of the room and the decor. Cons: The room did not have a kettle, tea, milk or sugar.
