Weekend break

Stayed for one night 15th august. Found all the staff really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Our evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Room lovely and comfortable all in all a lovely stay.

Pros: Having read some recent reviews mentioning unpleasant staff and a small swimming pool, From the moment we arrived, we found the staff throughout the Holiday Inn Garforth to be friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely. More importantly, they treated the girls like family — which the girls very quickly interpreted as permission to treat the entire hotel as their own personal palace, complete with a wonderful team of servants available to cater to their every whim! Pros: Not a lot Cons: Smelt of damp. The room was smelly and not very well tidy and it was like a maze trying to find our room. Not happy with the prices either. The restaurant and bar were extremely expensive for what they had.

I like the fact it had a gym and wellness spa centre too. the kids loved every minute of swimming. room service was quick and efficient and not too pricey. the breakfast was really good,also alot of choice. the bed was great, so comfortable and warm. will deffinetley stay again Cons: could of been more channels on t.v but wasn't a problem.
