Extremely disappointing stay — poor service, no room keys, unclean corridors, and an experience far

Pros: Location Cons: I stayed at Holiday Inn Leicester City by IHG on 19 September, booking three rooms with my family, including children. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We arrived for check-in at around 11:00 PM, but there was initially no staff available at reception, so we had to wait in the lobby. Eventually, one member of staff came and checked us in. We were then told that there were no electronic room keys available. We waited for around 45 minutes, with the children, only to be told that the hotel still did not have any keys. The sol
