Tell you guest you are renovating, don’t let them find out on their own.
Pros: We were in town for a wedding and there was a block of rooms set aside for wedding guests Cons: The property was under construction. On the 4th floor the elevator lobby had construction equipment and drywall mud all over the floor. The breakfast in the morning was not great. My grandson took a bite of the egg stuff and spit it out. My wife also tried it and it was not edible. We ended up going out for breakfast.
