Ladies of leisure trip to Liverpool

Pros: From the moment we arrived at the hotel (great location!) the reception staff gave us a warm greeting and checked us in with ease. We thought it was a nice touch regarding the tear off map of Liverpool, which included information of the area, i.e., things to do and places to eat. Our twin room was clean, spacious and had a great view of the city.. The staff were very friendly and professional, even went out of their way to post my friends top which had been left behind, after checking out. Fantastic service, thank you.
