Great hotel for exploring London with comfy rooms, good food and friendly staff.

Pros: Very friendly staff, spacious family room with comfy bed. Breakfast more than sufficient and as we had halfboard we had dinner three consecutive nights. All three evenings dinner was very good - fresh, clean and tasty. It’s beautiful located within Brentford and there are many local shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel sits right in front of a bus stop and approx 10min in bus to nearest tube station (Piccadilly line). Cons: The air conditioning was rather noisy. As the room was very warm, it was needed to use the air conditioning for a good night sleep. But we were used to the soun

Comfortable for a one night stay with a good breakfast and a good location.

Pros: Breakfast was great, good choice. Location was good for where we needed to be the next day ie Mortlake Cemetry. Convenient car parking at the hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were pleasant. Cons: Didn't think the lounge was very inviting and the chairs needed a good hoover around the edges, really messy.g

Pleasant stay as only for 1 night . Felt it a bit expensive . Though I appreciate it was London .

Pros: Nice location by the canal. Food very good . Pleasant staff. Good parking. Cons: Found pillows not of good quality , unlike Premier Inn .

Pros: Lo único medio bueno el desayunó! Cons: De los 2 ascensores qué habían solo se podía usar 1 el otro estuvo dañado estos 4 dias! La habitación no contaba con un buen espejo! Las cortinas viejas y horribles! Jamás pusieron agua habia qué comprarla! Los empleados de mantenimiento tenias las axilas PODRIDAS que si entraban a hacerte la habitación dejaban el mal olor! Muy muy lejos del centro y los taxis extremadamente costosos! No lo recomiendo. Muy pobre la iluminación.
