Great overnight stay!
Stayed overnight for a morning flight from Gatwick. After an 8 hour drive down from Scotland it was around 10pm when we arrived to be greeted by the wonderful Gomez who had us checked in and sorted quickly and efficiently. The next morning we were up early and met the lovely Harvir who ensured we had a taxi en route very quickly and then dealt with details for our return to ensure our car would be ready and waiting as we were parking at the hotel. Our room was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The car parking for our 10 days away was safe and the car was ready and waiting on our return. Gomez

Decent, clean room but not so close to Gatwick airport.
Pros: The staff were friendly and approachable. The room was a good size with two generous sized beds for our young family. We were able to have a room close to my parents. The restaurant offered a good range of decent food. Cons: The room was generally quite dark and would benefit from one central lighting on/off switch. The location was 15 minutes drive away from Gatwick Airport so was further away from the airport than I had expected. We arrived at Gatwick Airport and had to take a taxi from the airport (which cost £60 for 6 people). The hotel would benefit from a shuttle service so guests

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Gatwick Worth. The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, but what really made my experience stand out was the exceptional service from Serhat. Serhat went above and beyond to ensure that I was well looked after. He was attentive, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. It’s always refreshing to receive such excellent customer service and his kindness and willingness to help really made a difference to my experience. Thank you Serhat, for going the extra mile!
