Pros: Quiet room: yes, quiet as it faced a backyard. Unfortunately, very thin walls, could hear what people were saying, heard other toilets flushing. The TV was positioned on the wall so you could see it from the side when lying in bed. Positive with a nice pool. Cons: Less noisy, better planned room so the TV was placed in front of the bed. Lower price then, the price was not worth the standard.

Ideally located and not far from the station. Easy walk to Kensington Gardens.
Pros: Comfortable and easy to get to what I needed in the hotel. Cons: Expensive and the restaurant wasn’t open in the evening. The breakfast was very expensive.

Pros: The concierge was friendly and informative. The reception staff were friendly (when you’d eventually get to speak with them because they are very understaffed). Cons: The rooms are dusty, dirty, and dated. Don’t even have USB ports. Staff don’t answer the phone (housekeeping and reception). When you go down to reception to speak with them or because of something you require from housekeeping, you have a long wait before anyone is available to speak with you. The breakfast was not good. I had the do not disturb sign on the door, but the male housekeeper unlocked the door and came in, he l
