Pros: Considering the high hotel prices in London, this hotel offered reasonably good value for cost. Overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Cons: If you are visiting London for business, be prepared to spend at least an hour commuting to central London. The hotel facilities are somewhat dated, and currency exchange services are not available on-site.
