Great for a city break
Pros: Very nice personal (especially Will), who kindly helped us to change the room. Good breakfast. Cons: all as per expectation from Holiday Inn

Frustrating, wouldn’t go again
Pros: Good location and parking available for a extra cost Cons: On the booking it asks the age of your children, it then asks if you require a cot (obviously with a 1 year old) you then get a email saying a cot will not be available after you’ve took my money. 3 times the room keys didn’t work.

Pros: The rooms themselves and the staff were amazing
Pros: The rooms themselves and the staff were amazing. Super nice and professional. The restaurants had excellent food aswell did their breakfast. I would definitely like to stay here again. Cons: I really liked this hotel, the only downside was that their aircon didn’t work. I stayed during a 35°c heatwave and it really sucked to not be able to come back to a cool room. They staff did what they could to try and fix it but it was very hard to sleep in 27°c room, even with fans as they were just blowing around hot air. If the aircon would have worked it definitely would have been a 10/10 stay.

Perfect for an overnight stay visiting London
Pros: Clean bright and friendly staff - made for a very easy overnight Cons: Parking and access a little awkward.
