Pros: not much Cons: the service and the desk help sucked

Unpleasant from the start

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Louisville East - Hurstbourne expecting a clean and comfortable room, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. When we arrived, the hotel was dated and had an unpleasant odor. The room felt damp. The sheets and carpet were noticeably damp to the touch, and there was a musty odor that made the room uncomfortable. We reported the issue to the front desk. They offered to change the sheets, but that didn’t address the damp carpet or the smell throughout the room. We were hoping for either a different room or another solution since the condition of the room a

Terrible.

Unexpected circumstances arose and staff and management could care less. Front desk staff tried to treat us like we were completely ignorant. Even our 17 year old was like "Wow" that was unreal. Dont stay here. There are so many nice hotels near with caring staff.

Otherwise our stay was good.

Cons: Went to breakfast and had a long black hair in my eggs. Tried telling different people in management and all they wanted to do was give us an extra breakfast coupon. Unfortunately after finding the hair there is no way I could eat there ever again. How would you feel if you found the hair in your eggs??

Would NOT recommend.

Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything. We had a horrible experience here. Extremely rude staff & bathroom conditions were awful. Also the room literally fell apart.
