Rooms spacious and clean. Cons: Some rooms could do with updating a bit/some touch-ups but otherwise no complaints.
I did not perform well in my meeting due to the lack of sleep.
Pros: Lovely hotel, lovely room Cons: My colleague and i travelled from Scotland to attend some important meetings but i had a terrible night as our room was above the tram line and we heard every single one that went passed which didnt allow me to sleep properly . The floor tiles in my bathroom were moving.

I requested and was given a quiet room higher up the building and not facing the roads. However there was bass noise from the nightclub downstairs until about midnight which reverberated up the building. Other than that everything was very good.

Pros: Close proximity to restaurants Cons: Had to wait 20 minutes before checking in because the system was down but nobody came to tell me it was up & running again.
