Pros: Just the location. Cons: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend! My experience with this hotel was absolutely terrible, and I would give it 0/10 if I could. 1. Misleading booking experience: Booking.com displayed the option “Reserve for free,” but the property charged my payment method straightaway. Had the payment or pre-authorisation requirements been clearly communicated, I would not have made this reservation. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. 2. Unhelpful and inconsiderate management: We checked in late, at around 7:30 AM the following day, and I

Pros: Location Cons: We had a reservation with breakfast. When we checked in, the front desk attendant tried to tell us that it was not included despite our having proof. We were given vouchers after I asked to speak to a manager.
