Pros: The staff was friendly and pleasant at check-in and the text messages during my stay to check if I needed anything was nice. The room was very clean and the hotel is in a great location Cons: I liked everything about my stay! I am very satisfied and will definitely stay again!

Short stay on NOLA
Pros: Breakfast Cons: Still waiting for the deposits of my son’s stay. The first stay was on June 26th to 28th and they asked for USD50 as a deposit which would be refunded. The. The second stay was on Jun 29th for one night which they asked for a deposit of usd 50. Then he decided to book a room from Jun 30th to July 1st directly to the hotel and they asked again for a deposit of USD 50. We are still waiting for the refund of these three deposits!!!
Wouldn’t book there again
Pros: The bed was comfortable. Cons: The staff had horrible customer service! And we had to wait hours for our rooms to be ready!! No one had their room on time!
