Great location just off the M6 junction 14,5 Minutes drive.
The hotel is a a great location just off the moto way. walking in to reception i was surprised by how quaint it was,chairs and table by windows which is a nice quite area,This hotel does not have a lift,Remember to register your car when you stay.I was meet by a lovely lady Sharon who showed me where the bar was and where i could have breakfast in the morning, Sai was very friendly with a big smile,who made me feel very welcome.

Easy reach from the motorway, bar area and reception area make this hotel, only with the staff
The staff at this site are very helpful and friendly. After reading reviews i was not excepting a lot from the hotel, but was very pleased with my stay, every staff member i meet where lovely. The hotel is lovely in side. Cosy chairs in the reception where you can eat and drink, Bar area have leather high back chairs, and settees, Breakfast room is big, it could do with being a little more cosy like the bar area. Rooms are a bit old fashioned, could do with beaning a bit more modern. Over all i had a wonderful 2 days.
Lovely hotel, free parking, rooms could do with being updated, but are clean.
Had a lovely stay, the staff where all very friendly, The rooms could do with being up dated, as no plug sockets by the bed, when mention to reception and lady gave a extension lead. The reception area is a lovely place to site and read a book. The breakfast room is big area, which when only a few people in there you seam a bit lost, I understand this is used for events as well, when talking to the staff. This double doors open up to a conservatory which also opens to a garden. The hotel does not have a lift.
My review
The hotel was clean the staff were friendly the room was of good size
The only bad thing was there was no rail to hold onto when you got out of shower but otherwise a great shower could have more plugs for charging
I would recommend this hotel and will be going back

I feel I need to put pen to paper and inform you of the horrendous and dire stay i have just resulting in injury of which nobody was around to report this to. I would add that this year I have achieved Diamond status so that’s a lot of hotels I’ve stayed at your chain as well as others, and this was by far the worst…again
