Pros: Close to Superdome and down town Cons: Beds hard, no seat on shower, slow elevators and 1 broken elevator which slowed down things too. Need to unlock balcony, chair on balcony and a recliner in room, 2 beds need 2 chairs...

Pros: That it was close to the event that I attended. Cons: Only complaint that I had was the room that I stayed in the bathroom would sometimes smell bad like sewage but overall it was good.
Our stay was ok
Pros: Good location & nice shower gel Cons: Thought parking was expensive & we didn’t get our room serviced during our stay when I mentioned this at check out the reception staff didn’t seem bothered
