Pros: The rooms are very soundproof which is amazing with NYC noise & the room being next to the elevator we were grateful for. Cons: No refrigerator in the room. The room was small but could have fit a small one. Also no plug next to the one side of the bed to charge my phone & plug in cpap machine. Needed better pillows the ones in the room went real flat
