Pros: It very convenient and close to the tourist spots Cons: We’ve stayed at quite a few hotels, but this was my first experience at a facility that didn’t have a trolley available for guests. When I asked the staff if we could use one, I was told that they might still be using it and that I should check the other floors myself. I understand that the trolley may have been in use, but I was disappointed that there wasn’t a more helpful alternative or assistance from the staff. Hopefully, the hotel can improve this service for future guests.

Cons: C est dommage que nous ne pouvons pas prendre le déjeuner un peu plus tôt et surtout de notre appartement chambre 220 on attendait les discussions des voisins.
