Cons: The health suite is in poor condition and not especially clean. Near the toilets on entering the pool it stank of urine very strongly.

Room ok; Room refreshments poor; breakfast ok the cutlery so worn and blunt we could not cut bacon.
Pros: After a long drive it would have been nice to have a biscuit and a cup of tea: one tea bag each and no biscuits. we had to go down to reception to buy a biscuit.. charged £1 for two biscuits. Not good. Cons: Room refreshments.

Clean, Functional rooms. Good Location, near to Norwich & UEA.
Pros: Good Location, close to UEA. I’ve stayed here a few times. Quiet, Clean room. Clean bedding, ok comfort-wise. Nice Hot Bath. Cons: Can’t get on with the ‘air-con’, can only open window a few centimeters.
