Great hotel, great vibe x
Pros: Great location, clean and friendly staff Cons: The family room wasn’t really big enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. My 13&15 had to share a sofa bed. I should have looked into this more before I booked.
Great location, good value and all of the staff I met were lovely and did a great job.
Pros: Travelling for business and the location was very convenient. Cons: The stairs, hallways, doors and skirting boards in my room were a bit shabby which detracted from the nicely refurbished bathroom and hotel open lobby, restaurant and the lovely staff.
My room had everything that did not work
Pros: 1. Room was spacious 2. Good breakfast 3. Staff were polite and they tried their best to help us 4. Starbucks at the hotel Cons: I stayed with my family in a "premier room" for four nights. The room had many things that did not work and the staff could not fix them. I will list a few below, 1. Air conditioning (we did not have air conditioning when the temperature was above 30 degrees. We could get a small table fan only on the fourth night) 2. Digital safe 3. Espresso machine 4. Iron box 5. Refrigerator (it maintained room temperature consistently) 6. Bathroom door lock 7. Cons: No windows in the room, a skylight. Dirty, everywhere. You can hear the lift every time and the doors opening and closing, every time.
