Fine.

Pros: Initial room had a broken toilet cistern and hair in the bowl🤢. We complained and we instantly moved. New room was clean and comfortable. TV didn’t have chromecast which was a shame. Cons: After the stay we had left something in the room. Getting to speak to the actual hotel not their booking line was hell. Spoke to them once then spent an hour going round their phone system. 9 times!

Would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, staff were so friendly & helpful. Evening meal was very good, excellent service, wasn’t rushed and a very relaxed environment. Cons: A few more disabled parking spots! A long walk round from the back carpark to the entrance for my mother with her walker. Also, carpark had very poor lighting.
