Holiday Inn Philadelphia Arpt-Stadium Area by IHG

Pros: Requested rooms side by side. Was told my room types don't have side by side rooms so customer service called and changed my reservation to a room type that had a joining rooms. Get to the hotel and a half an hour after checking my room still aren't ready and then did not get rooms side by side after all of that. The check and clerk was rude and smirky. Cons: Check in clerk, check-in process, rooms not ready by check-in time, and did not accommodate room type reservations

Decent place for a decent price.

Pros: Great location for the eagles game! Cons: Arrived on game day, couldn’t check in until after the game, queue was long, staff weren’t making any effort to hurry or get through bookings quicker, and no apology for the wait

A rough start

Pros: I liked how close it was to the arena. The room was nice. Cons: We got there about 45 mins after check in. We waited in a huge line to check in and she said our room wasnt ready. She gave us a free drink voucher and 2 hours later she said our room was ready. We were exhausted from the drive and just wanted to get settled. When we got up to our room, used the card to unlock the door and went to push it open and it opened about 3 inches and stopped. The security jam thing somehow flipped open when the door was closed from housekeeping. So we couldn't get in. Thankfully the housekeeping lad
