Clean comfortable great location

Lovely Hotel Experience

We stayed 2 nights in a king suite top floor. The 500+ sf suite was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. The breakfast, unfortunately was barely edible. We plan to stay at this hotel again whenever we travel to the area. Couple of practical considerations: consider bringing a firestick or other device for access to streaming service as their TV set up was not working at the time; the walk-in shower was fine but requires some gymnastics to set water flow and temp without having to get in first; the

Bad front desk and big messed up with the reservation

Cons: Serious problems with my reservation and the worst Front Desk people ever. Didn’t have my unit ready and they didn’t apologize for that and then after hours, somebody knock on my door grown apartment. It was a crazy moment.

Nothing

Pros: Nothing Cons: I didn’t check in they don’t have available room but they charge 170 dollar from me I told them you should have I f you don’t have why you taking money from my account she said who are you are you the my boss and she said get the f… out here and she called police

Perfect for large groups!

I stayed with a group of 75 high school students and chaperones and it was perfect for our group! All of our rooms were ready and keys sorted upon arrival. No issues with any of the rooms. The front desk staff was always friendly and accommodating, especially Amanda who worked in the evenings. I know it can be overwhelming when 75 people all show up at once asking for towels and buying snacks, but Amanda always assisted all of our students and staff with a smile. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Philadelphia!
