The staff hotel were helpful and allowed us to check in early that really helped us after long flight.We really satisfied for the accommodation itself with clean room. will return to stay at this hotel for next trip

Good but need improvement on hotel management/policy
Pros: The hotel is comfortable and the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby that stay open late and the metro station is only a few minutes' walk away. Cons: Overall, we enjoyed our stay but our experience was affected by excessive noise from the room next door during the last three of our five nights. The guests were talking and laughing loudly after midnight and into the early morning. The staff did their best to help by speaking to the guests and providing us with another room to sleep in when the noise continue
