Excellent hotel

Absolutely amazing

Pros: Didn’t have breakfast, but just wanted to stay the staff was amazing & so helpful, cleanliness top quality, & location fantastic Cons: There was nothing to report I didn’t like,

Overall good.

Pros: Excellent location, clean. Bedroom was good size. Cons: Bed was very small for two people. Walk in shower would be better for some.

All round good value. Nothing went wrong. It is not whether I go again, it 's when.

Pros: Room ..... same as on a previous booking. Airport ..... mercifully quiet. Breakfast ..... same as for previous visits --- variety to suit almost any taste. Reception staff when I arrived ..... immediate recognition from earlier visits, which, for me, is really good. Cons: Perhaps the price could have been mildly lower, but, as the old adage states, "You get what you pay for." Another old adage, "Pay peanuts, etc.."

Excellent location.

Pros: Location and familiarity as I like to stay here when visiting Southend on Sea. Cons: Couldn’t get in the previous week as it was fully booked. Was given a twin room when I’d requested a double bed.
