Great location, comfortable stay

We recently stayed for one night at the Holiday Inn Southend and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location right next to Southend Airport, making it incredibly convenient. There’s plenty of parking available at £15 for 24 hours, which seemed reasonable, and you simply pay on exit. Check-in was a little slow to begin with, but once things got moving, the process was straightforward. We stayed in Room 209 and, considering how hot it was outside, it was lovely to walk into a beautifully cool room with a great view overlooking the airport. The room was clean, comfortabl
