Pros: Liked the location, blue line train right on the corner
Pros: Liked the location, blue line train right on the corner. Pool on the roof was so fun for the kids. And liked the size of the room and the helpful staff. Housekeeping was great too. Cons: The sleep sofa, the floor would be more comfortable. And I told the staff about a cockroach in the ladies restroom downstairs, hours later it was still there partly covered by a tissue 🤷🏻♀️. Not all lights are working.
Disappointing and expensive for the condition of the room.

I will definitely stay here again, we came into Chicago by Amtrak and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel.
It is close to Union station, the staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool area was really nice too!
Adequate hotel but outdated. Parking and breakfast not free
Overall the hotel is adequate. The room was clean but outdated. We were unable to close blinds and had bright light shining in room all night. Staff was professional and friendly. Extra charge seemed excessive and learned about when checking in. Also 65 dollar a night. Charge for parking adds to overall cost. Breakfast was extra 22 dollars so we skipped breakfast. Outdoor pool on rooftop nice.
