So bad , that I want my money back. Please credit my account

Pros: First I have to say, this is the FIRST time I review one of your properties from the dozens of times I e used Booking. When asked that question , the answer must be related to how well one was received. First, the advertisement picture on the booking site , is deceiving, if not outright false advertisement . You show a beautiful water view. The customer assumes that is the case. No, it’s near an elevated highway on one side ,a dingy street on the other and a ugly parking lot on the other. The receptionists were rude and not accommodating. Not only to me but to other customers when I obs

Everything overall went very well and would definitely come back.

Pros: The roof top pool was very nice! Cons: A person behind us got stuck in the elevator and luckily we got out of it before we could get stuck.
