Pros: no breakfast included Cons: no one at front desk most of the time no one at bar area in evenings coffee in lobby empty both days - no staff to refill no cleaning or towel service in room Triple sheeting only had bottom and cover sheet - duvet no top sheet - does this get cleaned not likely!
Crappy place
This is one of the worst holiday inn’s ever …. Staff is rude no early check in ( I’m a diamond elite member) no late check out …. Riff raff hanging out around the building the back door isn’t locked or the side door no room key needed to get in …. Tv didn’t work shower head sprayed everywhere but forward ….. would never stay at this place again even if it’s the only hotel in GB …… take my advice and stay away

Pros: staff was nice about fixing things. Cons: we were put into a room that didn’t have air conditioning. then we arrive and the spa is broken… then we go to leave the next day and they had a gas leak so no breakfast for the kids :(
Apparently, Room Quality Doesn't Matter and Management Doesn't Care
I've stayed at this hotel several times and it's been okay, pretty typical Holiday Inn stuff, although they've mis-billed my prepaid room twice, causing me problems with my company travel office. This time things were worse. See photos below. Evidently somebody had started servicing the room for something and never finished the job. Every door and drawer was open, the bathroom light and fan were on, and the tub appeared stained (later I determined it is likely just corroded, but still, it's a bad look). Since it was already 9:30 at night and I had to get up at 3:30AM for a flight I decided to
