Pros: My request to get a room with a view of the airport runway was positively responded to and I got one of the only two rooms that have a view of (half of) the runway 😀 I also had the opportunity to get hot water for my coffee in the morning without having to book breakfast, which was very accommodating. However, I wouldn't have minded having my own small mini kettle with, perhaps, a small selection of tea in the room :) Cons: Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to independently switch the air conditioning, so I had to assume that it simply wasn't possible.
