Pros: Location (quiet and close to the center), size of the family room, aesthetics - new, nice Cons: The staff promises things they do not keep; rooms poorly cleaned (dust); poor breakfasts (powdered scrambled eggs, no sausages, no hot vegetables); beds too soft
