I especially liked that you could have breakfast until 10:30 am and the selection was very good. The location is also very good, you can quickly walk to the Alster or the train station. Or you have direct access to the subway.

Extremely nice staff, they gave us an ice cream. We were also allowed to store our luggage for as long as we wanted.

Location is good, employees are friendly and helpful

Pros: The staff was nice, the location was very good, within walking distance to all tourist attractions. There were many restaurants around the hotel for breakfast and meals. It was very close to markets, bus station, and train station. You could reach the airport with an S1 train. Cons: The bathroom in the hotel was tiny, you couldn't fit in it and the shower curtain stuck to you. There was a column right in the middle of the room, limiting the usable space.

Really friendly staff, helpful and enthusiastic. The room and design of the venue are beautiful with all those artworks around. And the location is good.
