Pros: The staff at the reception and during breakfast was a dream. Poultry sausage as far as the eye can see, pancakes, and a feeling of warmth. Great 3 days Cons: In one word Michele... with total disinterest, she took 20 minutes to mix an Aperol Spritz, she doesn't know Corodino and looks for it among the alcohol, explains her service technical brilliance by listing her sick leave and associated lack of card knowledge. Has taken over the joy... NOT... please put the lady in the darkest office you have
