Pros: I like the staff and neatness of the place Cons: Well, not much to say but the internet connection is a bit of an issue, and I would suggest adding a microwave in the rooms as all other properties do

Great room size and thoughtful initial arrangements, yet persistent elevator noise and unprofessional checkout handling

Pros: The room was spacious, and they did their best to accommodate my request by assigning what they believed to be their quietest room Cons: I only stayed for one night out of my original three-night booking. Since I am sensitive to noise, I clearly stated my request for a quiet room at the time of booking, and the hotel assigned what they claimed was their quietest available room. Shockingly, I was woken up at 4 a.m. by steady, sharp noises, and I could not figure out where the sound was coming from. I spoke to the front desk the next morning, who explained that the noise came from the elev
