Good base for a weekend away however some minor cleanliness issues

Pros: The location was great, a very short walk from the city centre and the room was very spacious and overall clean. The room was a good base for the amount of money that we paid Cons: The bed wasn’t very comfortable which I know is down to personal preference however the pillows were extremely lumpy. Ideal location for a mini holiday

Pros: Hotel is in an excellent location and handy for getting around. Staff were all super friendly and the breakfast the next morning was tasty and well stocked! Cons: The walls of the hotel room and corridors are quite badly scuffed, which is a little off putting.

Good location but not a 4 star.

Pros: Good location, comfy bed. Staff friendly. Cons: Not a 4 star property. More like 3. It was clean but not immaculate. Stayed two nights but no one came to replenish the room until 5pm next day which was too late. Also took £30 deposit which wasn’t mentioned on booking and wanted photo ID again not mentioned, luckily had some on me but I don’t always. Shower was a trickle and the rooms aren’t very well noise insulated. Could hear everything next door said.
