2nd time to book. Room that we had this time was excellent, overnight stay was worth it. Parking on site.

Poor value for money and deeply disappointing customer service; we would not stay here again.

Cons: We paid approximately £150 for one night for one person, yet the accommodation offered only basic comfort, with breakfast and parking charged separately. The biggest disappointment was the hotel's handling of an accidental duplicate booking: because the first Booking.com confirmation did not appear immediately while our driver was travelling for work, he made a second reservation for the same night. Despite repeated explanations and an initial promise to escalate our £79.01 refund request for review, the hotel refused to make an exception and stopped responding to our formal complaint.
