Would stay again, but would skip breakfast
Pros: Size of bedroom and views from bedroom. Bedroom was comfortable. Bar and breakfast floor spacious and comfortable. Checkin was quick. Great location for the town centre. Would stay again. Cons: The cooked breakfast was very disappointing, The sausages and bacon were not to my liking and baked beans were tiny in number. Coffee was good, so was the continental breakfast.
Dull.
Pros: The view was good, but the windows were messy. Cons: The bar shut early.

Pros: As always the staff in the restaurant were exceptionally helpful and kind. We always enjoy interacting with all of them. Our room was nice and our bed was lovely. My husband had a great massage at the spa Cons: Staff on check-in weren't polite at all, definitely not what we're used to from previous visits. Rude I'm afraid.
Enjoyable stay in a great city
Pros: The ground floor smelling like a swimming pool was always nice when I got into the property. The amount of space in the room was also good. Cons: Not really to do with the property but more to do with me. As I was there to experience the city for a short time and so covered as much distance as I could with the landmarks. Where the hotel was a bit out of the way distance wise. Some of the food at breakfast was a bit tough to cut into
