Basic rooms need a bit of TLC but a perfect location.

Pros: Amazing location. Cons: The room was a disappointment, and not quite how we viewed it on the website. It was situated at the top of the stairs so we constantly heard people coming and going and the door banging. The blackout curtain in the room was hanging off just a few inches, but enough to give the room an unkempt look. The plug socket was making a high pinched sound and we were unable to charge anything. Breakfast was ok. Staff serving in the restaurant went above and beyond. These are all just minor details, we didn’t pay thousands to stay but I do think first impressions are very i

The staff made the difference, really high class of service

Pros: The staff was so helpful and understanding with our special requirements and needs during the Sabbath (a Jewish family). The thematically design, especially in the public zones, is really niceὗ5‍♂️ The location is excellent and can be really used as a base to explore central London. Cons: The beds are not that comfortable and the rooms with internal court view feel bad.

Probably wouldn’t stay here again

Pros: Location Breakfast & the common areas are all lovely Cons: Very small rooms and upgraded. The bathroom is ridiculously small. They charge for water in the room. Floors carpet - some slippers would be a nice touch as I don’t like the idea of walking on carpet that everyone before me.
