Pros: Terrible experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property. Despite having a valid reservation, the host denied that any booking existed and threatened to turn my brother away at around 11 PM, even after we provided proof of the reservation. My brother was stranded in London due to airport disruptions and urgently needed accommodation for the night. When I explained that I had made the booking on his behalf and had already provided his phone number, the host accused me of trying to scam her and sent rude, accusatory messages to both of us. Pros: Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Francien und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir haben mit mehreren Leuten in der Unterkunft gewohnt,und trotzdem war die Benutzung der Gemeinschaftsbäder kein Problem. Francien hat ein schönes kleines Haus mit einem kleinen Garten, den wir auch zim Frühstücken nutzen durften. Sie gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und erkundigte sich jeden Tag,ob es uns gut geht. Cons: Das schmale Bett war bisschen ungewöhnlich, aber das ging wahrscheinlich nicht anders durch die Bauweise des Hauses. Wir haben uns arrangiert.
