I would definitely book this hotel again when I go back to Austin.
Pros: Customer service was excellent. I liked the daily text messages asking if I needed anything or just asking about my stay. They were on top of things! Cons: One elevator wasn’t working when we checked in. It was fixed the next day but made me hesitant to get on it.
