Business center closed unable to use laundry facilities.
Cons: Needed to load an app enter card personal details and phone number just to use the washer. Not acceptable The app then wanted a minimum payment of $10 for a $3.50 wash. Absolutely disgusting

Pros: Good location Cons: The pool, laundry facilities and gym were closed the entire week we were there. I was not notified until check-in. I booked the hotel mainly because of those amenities. Not happy about that!

Room clean and staff nice but broken promises regrading shuttle
Pros: Room was clean and staff was nice and courteous Cons: Although the advertisement says 24/7 airport shuttle, there was none available Did not had breakfast as we had to leave early before breakfast opened
