Pros: Everything, very clean. Simple and objective. Cons: Cleaning.

We come every year for the last four years to enjoy our family in Ohio but not to sure if we will come back next year.
Pros: Location and rooms and price Cons: No outside tv no fire pit another year in a row and front counter person not so friendly the breakfast was not to good never no hot water for hot tea and don’t have just regular black tea everything was flavored.

I was disappointed with the accommodations. My room smelled like dog, and I didn't bring one.
Pros: NA Cons: I didn't have a pet, but it was obvious that I was put on the pet floor. My room smelled like dog! It was very humid, intensifying the smell.

A pleasant stay in Independence
Great location, friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good place to stay at a reasonable cost. No issues with noise, very quiet, away from main streets but plenty of restaurants and shops etc. nearby.
