A little bit pricey for us, but it was a good thing

WE HAD A SURPRISE SNACK TRAY AND DRINKS FOR MY BELATED BIRTHDAY! VICKY,JESSICA AND THE ENTIRE STAFF ARE SO NICE ,KIND AND PROFESSIONAL!

Great place to stay in Indy

Pros: Large room, good breakfast, good location Cons: No view but the room was so comfortable and spacious that it didn't matter.

Great hotel

Pros: There location was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean. Cons: Breakfast left a little too be desired. Parking was a mess. Valet couldn't find our keys for about 20 minutes he had them mislabeled as a Hyundai we were driving a 2025 Honda odysed van. After we got the van we scratched of the incorrect information and wrote three correct information no issue after that. I will say they need a better system for keys not just throwing them all in a drawer.
