Pros: I liked the pool and overall cleanliness Cons: My toilet started leaking brown water from the bottom in the middle of the night. When I addressed it with the front desk their response was "it's probably a wax ring issue. I could fix that myself." But the thing is, I'm a guest in your hotel, that was pretty gross and for it to be shrugged off was kind of crazy.

Great Stay

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here over the past 7 yrs. On our way to North Carolina. Staff was great and to be honest to get friendly and efficient staff is a gift. We appreciated it. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great area for grabbing food. The breakfast they kept filled and answered any questions.

Disgusting carpets!!!

We stayed at this hotel as a stop over on a trip passing through Lexington. While the area is a very nice area, the hotel itself needs a massive overhaul. We were traveling with a service animal so we were restricted to the first or second floor. I requested a quiet room at the end of the hall. Our accommodation was nice but the carpet in the hallway and our room on the second floor was absolutely filthy. They need to replace all the carpet in the hall and rooms with linoleum. It looks very stained. I got a major sinus infection and had to go immediately to my doctor the next day when

Wonderful place to stay. I will definitely book another stay at this facility. N

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. We also had a great breakfast. Very lively place to stay. So many options for restaurants in close proximity. Wonderful place! Cons: Ice machine broken on the 3rd floor. Had to travel to the 2nd floor to get ice and to the library to fill up our water bottles. Minor inconvenience but not a big deal.
