Perfect for a road trip stop!
It was clean, well maintained and the staff was professional. I appreciated the little touches, like paper towels, dish soap and a few dishes in the kitchenette.

We used this location the past 3 years for a family trip to Worlds of Fun.
Pros: The family enjoyed the breakfast. We like the location having easy access to Worlds of Fun. Cons: No complaints.

The room, pool & bbq area are phenomenal but the breakfast was stone cold.
Pros: The pool was lovely and so was the BBQ area. We grilled Brats, Brussel Sprout and Twice Baked Potatoes that we purchased from the nearby HyVee. The hotel was very kind and loaned Us grill ware to cook with, we washed and returned the next day. Cons: Everything was cold and not in the it had been warm but now cold. The food items egg bites and proteins were ice cold straight out of the fridge cold. The ONLY foods that were hot were the waffles you make yourself, toast that you toast yourselves and the oatmeal that had zero flavor or seasoning simply oats & water. We decided to eat breakfa
