Pros: The manager was superb, the staff was accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Thank you for being a home away from home. Cons: Big trucks in the parking lot.

Fantastic Experience
We stayed here after our previous reservation at a different hotel was screwed up. They were able to get us into an accessible room as our daughter is in a wheelchair. We were there to get treatment at The Cleveland Clinic. Our daughter has chronic pain and has seizures that can be triggered by loud noise. She wanted to use the pool for therapy to float and relieve much of her pain. First night the pool was packed with a kids birthday party, she was devastated that she wouldn’t get any relief. Ryan was working at the front desk and he allowed her into the pool for about 30 minutes after close

The location was ideal for the plans our family had during this trip, the employees were very helpful and courteous even with my small grandchildren running around.
