Small problems add up.
Pros: The room was clean, modern and spacious enough. The breakfast was well maintained and plentiful. The workout facilities we good.
Cons: We were away on a family trip for a competition. As many do, I was hoping to work remotely while we were there. The wifi was miserable. Countless outages, mostly unusable, if it worked at all. I only received the canned "we're working on it" reply when I commented to it at the front desk. If you intend to work remotely at all, I would suggest being prepared with a hot spot. Be warned though that there are many places in the hotel that act like a faraday

Pros: The location to the Mall of America and the cleanliness.
Cons: The pillows had zero support, bringing your is recommended. Breakfast was to be served until 10 am, when I got down there at 9:30 am the workers had about 80% of the food cleaned up already.

Pros: It was perfectly location to Mall of America which was our destination and the hotel was beautiful and clean.
