Pros: I like that they have a sofa seat, cutlery and microwave
Pros: I like that they have a sofa seat, cutlery and microwave. I like the big size of the refrigerator. I could shop and store supplies for a couple of days. Rooms have good circulation space. Cons: Room service comes every 3 days.

Hilton Honors does NOT Honor Prices, Not Honorable AT ALL
We booked this hotel for two nights mid week in June. Received an email from GM stating that there was an error in pricing and this reservation would be cancelled in 48 hours. This was booked on the Hilton site and we are Hilton Honors members. She offered to keep our reservation for $100 a night more than booked and give us free airport shuttle. Wait, this hotel is 2.5 miles from airport and doesn't provide an airport shuttle? Come to find out this is an Airline crew hotel and the shuttle is reserved for airline employees. GM stated that over 400 reservations would not be HONORED. Can you say
