Pros: Cleanliness, service, welcome Cons: I was charged twice the price of the stay and I still don't know if it will be resolved or not. I didn't like the presence of homeless people on the premises.

Nice place
Pros: Staff were nice. Hotel is clean. Decent breakfast. Cons: Hot water was an issue. More breakfast options are needed. More than pork should be available for all guests. A normal kettle needs to be used in the rooms instead as the coffee machine just leaks water over the counter and does not stop.

Clean, tidy and comfortable
Pros: Large, fresh rooms with microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink. Comfortable beds. Cons: The three nights we stayed there, there was a long queue for breakfast every day, and it was difficult to find a place in the breakfast area. The pool was closed all three days because a child had vomited in it - nothing the staff could control but a shame that it couldn't be cleaned due to the weekend.

Nice affordable hotel
Pros: The size of the room and the cleanliness of the place Cons: Room with kitchenette, but no oven, not practical. Pool closed throughout our stay.

Brutal experience
Pros: Nothing, terrible experience, systems were down, I canceled and they still charged me, pool was closed, there was over 25 guests waiting in the lobby while the staff just stood there, no complimentary drinks or food offered. I arrived at 4 pm and guests weren't allowed to manually check in until after 8 pm Cons: Nothing
