Good, except for the hot water issue.
Pros: Staff was friendly. Overall, very clean. Cons: No hot water the first day and a half.

Okay but housekeeping needs to improve.
Pros: Room was clean and quiet. Blackout curtains on windows and door. Cons: Boring and bland breakfast. Had to call reception for linens for sofa bed and they brought a mattress cover and no pillow cases or sheets. No towels were refreshed so we had to call to ask for those too.
