Wonderful family stay
We had a great stay here with our little daughter. Everything was spotless and exactly as we'd hoped, so we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The host was super helpful and made everything easy for us. We'd definitely stay here again the next time we visit Hounslow. Highly recommended, especially for families!

Pros: Localização Cons: Sujo e frio e barulhento
Value for money.
Pros: Bedding was clean. Tea and coffee provided. Nice and local to visit our son. Close to town. There were a few issues, but basically if you want a central base with bed and shower, it was fine. Cons: The towels were clean, but appeared to have rust marks (brown/orange) on them. The hand held shower attachment was broken, needed to hold it together to use. Shelf in the shower was crooked, so unable to use. Shower temperature control knob came off in my hand. Towel rail was very rusty. The door to the bathroom opened and hit the side of the bed.
Very comfortable and welcoming in a good location for the airport
Pros: The helpful staff Cons: Steps going up to the front door but staff carried my case up and down for me
Lovely clean and the staff were brilliant. Super helpful and would definitely go back again if needed.
Pros: Was very clean and comfortable Cons: It didn’t have a lift but the staff were brilliant and arranged for our bags to be carried upstairs so wasn’t a problem
